**Entity and activity description** Air Liquide Global E&C Solutions Germany** is located in Frankfurt am Main (Olof-Palme-Str. 35, 60439 Frankfurt am Main). It is one of the **main engineering centers** and has interaction with all the other engineering and manufacturing centers and hosts the global E&C Organization.

The Global Function HR (GF-HR) at E&C is responsible for transversal HR topics that impact the Global E&C and business at large. GF-HR team interfaces closely with the global leadership team as well as the local HR organization in implementing key priorities such as HR Strategy, Talent Management, HR Data & Resourcing.

**The team in Frankfurt comprises of 3 people, apart from the VP-HR**

**You will be part of the GF-HR**, reporting to the Director Resource Management and HR Projects.

- Compensation, Benefits, and Reward systems
- Career Management & Leadership Programs for Project Managers
- Adhoc support in various HR programs such as HR Transformation, redefining HR policies, deploying Group initiatives, providing HRBP support for E&C Operations, etc.

**Competencies and Profile**
- **Master degree in Business or Engineering school, and specialized in Human Resource Management**:

- Strong communication skills
- Able to work well in a team
- Able to manage Personal Efficiency and Competing Priorities
- Analytical mind and eager to learn

**Language: Fluent English (mandatory)**
