En tant que professionnel en administration et commerce, vous serez responsable de fournir des services de gestion des commandes aux clients. Vos activités incluront l'aide aux clients pour la gestion des devis, le traitement des commandes, la réalisation des commandes, la révision des commandes, la saisie des commandes, l'expédition et le support, ainsi que le paiement des commandes pour leurs clients. Vous veillerez à la libération rapide des commandes et au respect des normes et politiques préétablies pour atteindre la satisfaction des clients. Vous surveillerez et résoudrez les problèmes de commande et les erreurs de traitement.

**Vos responsabilités**:

- Saisir et contrôler les commandes clients de l’enregistrement à la clôture.
- Suivre l’intégrité du backlog commercial, de la facturation et des paiements.
- Animer, coordonner et résoudre les litiges clients en collaboration avec les autres fonctions.
- Traiter les requêtes clients et aiguiller les autres requêtes vers les interlocuteurs appropriés.
- Informer proactivement les clients et le commercial terrain sur le suivi des commandes.
- Actualiser et suivre le master data client dans les ERP de l’activité.
- Produire des analyses ad hoc et des indicateurs de performance du processus ADV.
- Participer aux projets d’amélioration continue du processus et faire évoluer la procédure ADV.

**Votre Profil**:

- Diplôme Bac+2 en administration, commerce ou domaine similaire.
- Expérience de 5 années minimum dans le domaine de l'Administration des Ventes (ADV).
- Capacité à gérer plusieurs commandes et projets en parallèle.
- Maîtrise de SAP, connaissance de Fiori est un plus.
- Qualités requises : rigueur, organisation, détermination, sens de l'écoute, implication, dynamisme, autonomie.
- Anglais opérationnel.
