We are actively looking for a
**Marketing and Indirect Sales Specialist** to join our
**B2B team**

**Your role**:
You will actively participate in Business Development, looking at customer conversion on a number of different channels, in particular, digital and partnerships. You will be responsible for the satisfaction of our customers, speaking to them about their business needs, and managing them through the onboarding process and beyond to ensure they remain happy. You will work closely with the Marketing and Product teams to discuss customer feedback you are receiving, and with our Support team to resolve any issues for our customers.

Please note, this is a flex-office role with 3 days per week in our Paris office with the team.

**Your goals**:

- Put in place an indirect channel for integrator partners to come through and design a scalable process, from initial introduction through to product training, support, and ongoing support for their customers;

Follow the conversion of customers through digital channels, identifying improvements in the customer journey or the product, and communicating these internally;
- Respond to requests from prospects coming through digital sales, via contact forms or ChatBot, while identifying how to answer the frequently asked questions upstream;
- Attend pre-sales meetings with prospects, clients, and partners and take an active role in helping them to choose Shadow;
- Being an advocate for Shadow's B2B offering inside the business, working with the other teams to find synergies between your offering and the B2C side;
- Follow, structure, and prioritize the improvements and evolutions to be made to the products and processes;
- Capture, monitor, analyze, and share the satisfaction indicators of our customers and our partners and work to continuously improve them
- Participate in creating or adapting commercial and technical agreements.

- A very good knowledge of B2B landscape and the sales models of digital and indirect channels (onboarding, SLAs, account reviews etc) in an international environment
- Excellent customer relationship management skills, both in commercial and operational scenarios
- An understanding of how to balance the needs of a customer with the capabilities of the business
- Good stakeholder management skills; communicating and convincing internal teams you will be working with
- Professional level of English, both spoken and written. German, Spanish or Italian would be a plus as well
- Happy to get out of your comfort zone and learn on the job as it evolves
- An interest in technology and its evolution
- A team player who likes working with lots of different teams, learning from others and helping others to grow
