If you are passionate about home automation and electronics, we have a fantastic opportunity for you Ksenia Security is looking for an experienced and dynamic Sales and Business Developer Specialist to join our team in France.
Key responsibilities:
- Develop new business opportunities and collaborations
- Participate in trade expo and industry events to expand network
- Analyse market demand, sales performance and distributions channels
- Understand Kenia business and product portfolio
- Manage and maintain relationships with international and national customers
- Provide technical and administrative support, solving problems and ensuring customer satisfaction
- Provide customized technical advice and solutions tailored to customers' needs, helping them to choose the most suitable products for their needs.
Qualifications:
- Technical/commercial background with a minimum of 5 years’ sales experience mainly in oriented to the distribution market of goods and/or services
- Bachelor's degree in business management, Sales, Marketing, Computer Science, Engineering (e.g., Electrical or Mechanical)
- Knowledge of the security and smart home market (preferred)
- Frech mother tongue
- Good knowledge of the English and Italian (preferred)
Additional skills:
- Excellent communication skills with in-depth product knowledge
- High listening and good communication skills
- Flexibility and ability to adapt to changing priorities
- Business acumen, perseverance and drive to seek new business and meet/exceed targets
- Strong sense of adaptation and conversation at any level
- Teamworking skills and a collaborative approach to work
Employment Details: Full-time, 35 hours per week
Contract: commission-based or subcontracted
Location: France (able to travel)
