You will excel and enjoy this position if you are ready to actively handle the following missions:_**
- Create and roll out the strategy of the store management training path at Sephora; starting with the On-Boarding until the highest level of store leadership expertise
- Elevate and in charge of organising the Store Management & Floor Management EME expert Community and further development the skill sets and competencies of this expert community
- Work together with the On Boarding & Client Experience Learning Expert to elevate the On Boarding of store leaders at Sephora
- Work together with key departments such as Retail Operations, CRM, HRD’s and commercial Directors to integrate digital and non-digital client tools into the training programs and to respond to the ever evolving business needs at Sephora
- Make digital learning an integral part of the Store Leadership training path and work together with the digital and social learning expert to define the strategy from a client experience and store leadership program
- Work together and liaise with the Corporate learning team to create a consistency in our management learning portfolio
- Come up with innovative new learning experiences and moments to keep the curriculum fresh and appealing for the entire store management population

- Have a few years of Store leadership/ retail management experience
- An expert in designing a Retail management training expertise
- Eager to make a difference in a fast evolving environment
- Have a an apetite for the omni-channel retail world
- Are good at animating a community of experts - creating the ‘belonging’ feeling for this community
- Creative and thinking out of the bow whilst also able to create a structure for a successful roll out of the training materials
- Have demonstrated coaching and feedback skills - if possible in an international environment
- Team spirit mindset and open to give and receive feedback to achieve the best possible results
- Good at creating partnerships with different departments and seeing the bigger picture of the retail training projects
- Speaking and writing fluent English and elevated level of one or more European languages is a plus (French, Italian, Spanish or )
