The Change Management & Learning Experience Lead will be responsible for driving this transformation by ensuring a seamless learner experience, promoting the adoption of Opella’s Learning Experience Platform (LXP), and fostering a culture of continuous learning.

Key Responsibilities

Driving Learning Adoption & Change Management- Propose and execute a change management strategy to drive adoption of Opella’s LXP, corporate university, and function-specific academies.- Engage leaders, managers, and employees to embrace and role-model learning as a strategic business enabler.- Design and implement communication, engagement, and enablement plans to support a seamless transition to new ways of learning.- Partner with HR, IT, Academies, and business leaders to identify and overcome barriers to learning adoption and mindset shifts.- Leverage storytelling, behavioral nudges, and advocacy networks to drive long-term behavior change.

Enhancing the User Experience in Learning- Optimize the learner experience within Opella’s LXP, ensuring intuitive navigation, personalized learning paths, and ease of access.- Drive the adoption of social learning features, gamification, and interactive learning experiences.- Collect and analyze user feedback and learning analytics to continuously improve engagement and retention.- Implement strategies to boost learner engagement, such as microlearning, collaborative learning, and user-generated content.

Shaping the Learning Mindset & Culture- Champion the shift from traditional training to continuous learning, helping employees take ownership of their growth.- Promote the concept of learning in the flow of work, embedding learning into daily business activities.- Foster a growth mindset culture, where employees are encouraged to experiment, share knowledge, and learn from failures.- Drive leadership engagement to ensure managers actively support and reinforce learning initiatives within their teams.

Building Learning Communities & Advocacy Networks- Create and scale learning ambassador networks to drive peer learning and engagement.-
- Support mentoring, coaching, and knowledge-sharing initiatives to reinforce a learning culture.- Establish feedback loops to continuously evolve Opella’s learning ecosystem based on employee needs.

What we are looking for:
- 7 years experience in change management, learning culture transformation, or digital learning experience design with a proven track record of driving large-scale learning adoption programs.- Change Management Expertise: Strong understanding of change management principles (e.g., ADKAR, Kotter) applied to learning transformations, including stakeholder alignment and enablement strategies.- User Experience & Engagement: Expertise in learner-centric design, social learning, gamification, and creating engaging digital learning experiences.- Leadership & Influence: Proven ability to engage and influence senior leaders, HR partners, and employees to champion and sustain learning initiatives.- Data & Analytics: Proficiency in leveraging learning analytics and user feedback to optimize learning programs and measure engagement.- Community Building: Experience developing and scaling learning ambassador networks, peer-driven initiatives, and mentoring programs to foster a culture of learning.- Strategic Vision: Ability to align learning strategies with business goals and embed continuous learning into daily workflows.
