As our **Global Learning and Change Manager**, you’re a key team member who helps create a learning culture that accelerates the growth of our people and our business. You are part of the Global HR team, working out of our Headquarters in Neuilly, and you report directly to our Global Learning Director.

**You will succeed and thrive in this position if you are ready to...**
- Lead the communication and marketing of our offer learning and act as project manager to design assets, support & tools (podcasts, videos, Learning week project)
- New performance management project: animate the community, share best practices, monitor the Dashboard, drive KPi completion and create any support needed in line with the talent team.
- Drive the 360Learning content and usage: process, dedicated committee, platform branding, content provider.
- Onboarding: support the project deployment
- Community management: Leadership training programme alumni community, community of change
- Leverage data and learning KPIs learning (from collection to full analysis with the support of the HRIS team) to bring meaningful recommendations.
- You have 6-10 years of experience in project and change management, marketing or HR Communication, community animation, learning (preferred but not mandatory) and employee experience.
- You have project and change management experience piloting projects with a global scope.
- You’re a people person who can easily build relationships with Stakeholders in complex, matrix, multicultural environments.
- You have strong organizational skills and the ability to multi-task effectively.
- You have excellent interpersonal, communication, creative and influencing skills.
- You drive Results, Cultivate Creativity and disruption and help other grow.
- You are fluent in both English & French
