We are looking for an entry-level talent as
**Talent Sourcing Specialist **to join our team in Paris for an internship starting this summer.

During your internship, you will get one of the best overviews of how an e-commerce works & understand what lies underneath each role that drives businesses, such as Back Market, to success.

**YOUR MISSION**:

- Identify and source the best talents to support our tech and business recruiters
- Support the Talent Acquisition team in activities such as scheduling and organizing events (Career Fairs)
- Work on monitoring related recruitment KPIs through reports to improve our results
- Progressively manage end-to-end recruitment for junior positions
