**Sourcing Specialist**

Notre objectif est de réinventer l’expérience client dans ce marché en proposant à nos clients des standards dignes des maisons de luxe à l’achat comme à la vente de leurs produits de seconde main. Nous garantissons notamment authenticité des produits, rapidité et simplicité des procédures et qualité de service.

Depuis sa création, Vintega a connu une croissance rapide et souhaite actuellement renforcer son équipe sourcing d’un profil expérimenté.

**Missions du poste**:

- Contribution au développement et à l’implémentation de la stratégie sourcing de l’entreprise
- Développement de nouveaux partenariats de sourcing
- Démarchage de vendeurs potentiels, particuliers et professionnels
- Négociations de prix
- Participation à la constitution du portefeuille produits Vintega
- Veille stratégique sur le marché des sacs de luxe de seconde main et ses tendances

**Profil recherché**:

- Ecole de Mode / Ecole de commerce avec une spécialisation dans le Luxe et / ou Achat
- Expérience précédente dans l’environnement des sacs de luxe / seconde main est un plus
- Sens de l’organisation développé
- Capacité à travailler dans un environnement international. A mínima bilingue Français / Anglais, une autre langue sera un plus
- Capacité à travailler dans un environnement entrepreneurial en fort développement
- Autonomie et aptitude au travail en équipe
- Maîtrise du pack Microsoft Office (Excel & Powerpoint)

**Role description and Responsibilities**:
The Sourcing Specialist will cover the following responsibilities:

- Contribute to the development and implementation of the company’s sourcing strategy
- Build product portfolio
- Prospect for individual and professional sellers
- Develop and manage new sourcing partnerships
- Negotiate purchase prices
- Identify and analyze second-hand luxury market trends

**Requirements**:

- Business or Fashion school degree
- Entrepreneurial, creative and result-driven mindset
- Prior experience in sourcing second-hand luxury preferred
- Ability to work in an international environment. Fluency in English is a must
- Excellent team player
- At ease with setting-up processes & tools
- Comfortable with MS Office

**Conditions**:
Start date: Asap

Location: Paris (Station F) - Remote work is possible
