IT Administrator

We are looking to recruit an IT Administrator for our La Talaudière plant, in anticipation of retirement.

You will be responsible for:

- Evaluate needs, analyze and propose improvements to in-house and third-party IT tools/software for production, accounting, quality, etc.
- Develop and/or implement and ensure the operation of software required by the company, in accordance with the IT policy defined by the Group.
- Extract and consolidate data from the IT system in Excel, pdf, etc.
- Supervise or intervene in computer network breakdowns and upgrades
- Parameterize any new hardware connecting to the network and ensure that it complies with current IT security policies
- Manage user authorizations and access rights to guarantee data security and confidentiality
- Train and support users in the use of IT tools (network, software and workstations)
- Plan and prioritize activities to ensure optimal system operation

**Skills required for the job**:
**Training, experience**
- Bac+3 level in IT or a minimum of 5 years' experience in a similar position in the industrial sector
- Spoken and written English required
- Autonomous and versatile
- Have a certain curiosity and appetite for (new) IT tools

**Technical skills**:

- Knowledge of the functioning/principles of systems and network environments, databases, storage, languages, protocols, operating systems, system architectures, etc.
- Skills in databases, EDI, web interfaces
- Use of Microsoft 365 environment
- Mastery of IT security standard
