**1/ Job description**

As part of a replacement, we are recruiting a fleet director. Member of the Management Committee (CODIR) and hierarchically attached to the CEO, you will be responsible for the management and optimization of the fleet and will be the hierarchical manager of our seamen.

As such, your main tasks will be:

- ** Technical**
- Maximize the operational availability of the Group’s vessels and respect at least the rate target set by General Management
- Ensure that the technical stops of vessels are correctly planned, budgeted and executed (compliance with budgets, deadlines and expected quality)
- Participate in the development and monitoring of budgets in accordance with the strategic choices of the General Management
- Be proactive on topics of development and improvement of the fleet’s vessels and their equipment
- Supervise the Group’s strategic projects: digitalization, innovative propulsion, etc
- **Crew**
- Manage its teams and increase their skills
- Federate staff around the culture, values and challenges of the JIFMAR group
- Provide and ensure good working conditions and good internal cohesion with an overall objective of team loyalty
- Reinforce proximity with seamen
- **General Tasks**
- Enforce the group’s QHSE rules
- Contribute to maintaining and developing our performance
- Represent the JIFMAR Group with institutional players (maritime affairs, ENIM, etc.)
- Build privileged relationships with key players and suppliers

**2/ Required profil**
- You are a former merchant navy sailor, you are familiar with offshore maritime service activities
- Experience in a similar position : 10 years
- Qualities: Organization, rigor, responsiveness, dynamism, adaptability, versatility and autonomy, ability to coordinate, federate and lead teams.
- Language: Good level of English (read, spoken, written) and excellent French expression

**3/ Working conditions**
- Location : Aix-en-Provence (13100) with frequent travels in France and abroad
- Contract : CDI
- Starting date : as soon as possible
