, a world-leading provider in pilot training and aviation engineering services, we are searching for a dynamic
Global Account Manager
to join our team in Paris.

Simaero is a global provider of flight simulator training to airlines, training organizations, and commercial pilots. The group's network consists of 30 flight simulators between France, South Africa, and China, and provides services to over 220 civil and military customers from more than 80 countries.

As
Global Account Manager
, you will be responsible for managing and developing long-term relationships with key airline and aviation partners at
senior and executive level
. Beyond commercial performance, this role is about
building trust, representing Simaero with credibility, and delivering a consistently high standard of service
.

You will act as a trusted partner to your accounts, ensuring that Simaero's training and engineering solutions meet customer expectations while driving sustainable revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Account & Relationship Management

  • Build, develop, and maintain
    long-term relationships with senior decision-makers
    (Training Directors, Fleet Managers, Executives) within airline and aviation organizations
  • Act as a
    trusted point of contact
    for strategic accounts, ensuring high customer satisfaction and long-lasting partnerships
  • Proactively anticipate customer needs, training plans, and fleet evolution to support long-term cooperation
  • Ensure a high level of service delivery in coordination with operations, training, and engineering teams

Commercial Development & Performance

  • Drive revenue growth by managing existing accounts and developing new airline partnerships internationally
  • Participate in budgeting, forecasting, and achievement of commercial targets
  • Define and implement commercial strategies for assigned accounts and regions, primarily in a B2B environment
  • Prepare, present, and negotiate commercial proposals, tenders, and long-term agreements

Representation & Industry Presence

  • Represent Simaero at
    industry events, conferences, and high-level customer meetings
    , embodying the company's values and standards
  • Lead and participate in commercial meetings, presentations, and executive-level discussions with customers and partners
  • Contribute to Simaero's visibility and reputation within the global aviation community

Coordination & Internal Collaboration

  • Work closely with internal stakeholders (operations, finance, training, engineering) to ensure seamless customer experience
  • Manage contracts, handle customer inquiries, and resolve issues in a professional and customer-centric manner
  • Maintain accurate account data, pipeline, and reporting through CRM tools

Your Profile?

  • Master's degree or equivalent in
    Business Administration, Commercial Management, Marketing
    , or
    Aviation-related field
  • 5+ years of experience
    in B2B sales, key account management, or commercial roles, ideally within the aviation industry
  • Demonstrated ability to manage
    senior-level relationships
    and operate credibly with executive stakeholders
  • Strong commercial acumen combined with a
    service-oriented and partnership-driven mindset
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
  • Fluency in
    English
    (spoken and written); knowledge of additional languages is a strong advantage
  • Comfortable representing the company internationally and
    willing to travel frequently
  • Structured, proactive, and customer-focused, with a strong sense of ownership and accountability
  • Solid understanding of aviation training services is a strong asset
