**Description du poste et Missions**:
P&L responsibilities: will have an annual sales target, correlated with the overall target per country.

The key responsibilities are detailed below:

- Supporting AGRONUTRITION’s distributors, in technical and marketing areas, including their sales forces in the field
- Representing AGRONUTRITION in the field at farmer level and during indoor/outdoor promotional events
- Performing technical-commercial presentations specific to the sector;
- Generating pull demand at key farmer opinion makers;
- Following filed trials

**Profil recherché**:

- Academic background : graduated from Agricultural University
- Previous professional experience (in sector, on position, in similar companies.): a person with maturity and proven experience in the agribusiness sector, with focus on plant nutrition biostumlulants and bioferilizers. Some who knows Agronutrition business and has a good knowledge of the territory with good contact at distributors’ level.
- Main technical specialization: plan nutrition focus.
- Specific technical skills: organizing demo fields, trials, indoor presentations capabilities, visiting key farmers together with the distributors. The main skill is good sales capacity.
- English and Russian at proficient level
- IT skills: Office suit capabilities.
- Soft skills: certain, clear ability to express her/himself publicly and internally. Outspoken. Capacity to convince and communicate with distributors and farmers local & regional
- Having an experience on high value crops would be a plus.
