**Position Summary**:
As a **Junior Photo Producer** at Slate Studios, you will play a crucial role in orchestrating and executing high-end photo shoots for our luxury fashion and beauty clients. Working closely with our senior producers, creative directors, photographers, and clients, you will ensure that each project runs smoothly from conception to completion. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a keen eye for detail, strong organizational skills, and a passion for the luxury fashion and beauty industries to grow within a vibrant and creative environment.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- ** Project Coordination**:

- Assist in planning and organizing photo shoots, including timelines, locations, and resources.
- Coordinate with photographers, stylists, makeup artists, models, and other creative professionals to ensure seamless execution of shoots.
- ** Logistics Management**:

- Handle booking and scheduling for locations, equipment rentals, and other necessary services.
- Manage travel arrangements and accommodations for on-location shoots when necessary.
- ** Client Liaison**:

- Serve as a point of contact for clients, understanding their vision and ensuring their requirements are met.
- Communicate effectively with clients to provide updates and gather feedback throughout the production process.
- ** Budget Assistance**:

- Assist in managing project budgets, tracking expenses, and ensuring cost-effective use of resources.
- ** On-Site Support**:

- Provide on-site assistance during photo shoots to handle any issues that arise and ensure the shoot stays on schedule.
- ** Post-Production Coordination**:

- Collaborate with the post-production team to ensure timely delivery of final images.
- Assist in organizing and archiving project files and assets.
