Vous interviendrez chez nos clients pour mener à bien des projets de stratégie opérationnelle: - Category Management (achats directs et indirects) - Sourcing et analyse des marchés fournisseurs - Identification de leviers d’optimisation innovants - Amélioration du Total Cost of Ownership (investissements, achats industriels, immobilier, Information & Technologie, environnement de travail,) **Amélioration de la relation fournisseurs**: - Pilotage des projets d’innovation fournisseurs, - Plan d’amélioration continue, Lean Management, **Amélioration des Processus Source to Pay et Outils, Digitalisation du processus Achats**: **Développement des talents**: - Formations et séminaires interactifs - Conception de e-learnings Achats Dans cette dynamique du Consulting 4.0, vous aurez l’opportunité de travailler de concert avec nos Data Scientists sur l’identification et la réalisation de Bots Achats : eReputation, SpendMapping, Chatbot eContracts, **Vous serez également amené(e) à vous impliquer dans la vie interne du cabinet, autour de différents sujets**: - Explorer des sujets innovants dans le cadre de groupes travail - Publier des études et des articles à destination des acteurs Achats - Développer et partager des compétences grâce aux formations dispensées en interne - Prendre part au développement commercial - Documenter et animer des conférences, rencontres et petits-déjeuners thématiques Diplômé(e) d’une grande école d’ingénieur, de commerce, ou d'une grande université, **vous justifiez idéalement d’une expérience opérationnelle d’au moins 4 ans dans le domaine des Achats ou dans le conseil en Achats.** Vous êtes doté(e) d’une capacité à travailler en équipe, d’une ouverture d’esprit, d’un sens de l’analyse et vous souhaitez rejoindre un environnement professionnel motivant où vous partagerez nos valeurs que sont l’excellence, l’entrepreneuriat, l’innovation, la culture du partage, la bienveillance, l’équilibre vie personnelle / vie professionnelle.
