Your assets With a higher education qualification (BAC+2/5), you have at least 4 years' experience in a similar role, ideally in the cleaning and hygiene sector, and you are familiar with the industry. As an experienced manager, you know how to give meaning, drive dynamics and unite your teams. You are recognized for your leadership, excellent interpersonal skills and sense of team spirit. You have strong negotiating skills, tenacity and a taste for results. You also stand out for your rigor, adaptability and communication skills.
