**Your tasks**:
**Missions**:
Within T-Systems, major client opportunities are managed by the Business Development team.
Working across business units, the team of sales and presales professionals tasked with identifying and developing our most strategic client engagements.
This is a critical client-facing role, and it offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic, rewarding, and challenging environment.
Skills within the team focus mainly on the core professions of Sales, Bid management, Legal, and Project management. These core teams draw upon further expertise across the business to develop propositions that deliver value for our clients.
The focus for this mission is to identify, develop and qualify new business opportunities that supports the business growth ambition.
We focus on large & strategic sales opportunities and are tasked with producing exceptional standards of deal-execution.
**Key responsabilities**:
- Be accountable for developing robust qualified pipeline of new business opportunities in a given territory/scope and achieve or exceed set targets
- Create, develop, and nurture enduring relationships at CXO level
- Create a Business Development plan for each target scope
- Ensure early and effective qualification of opportunities to ensure efficient use of resources
- To be able to assemble and lead teams inside T-Systems to help demonstrate the depth capability and the differentiation T-Systems can provide on every opportunity
- Identify, qualify and develop large / strategic business opportunities with complex stakeholder maps
- Understand competitive environment and develop strategies to outperform the competition
- Establish comprehensive view of industry, competitors and other relevant industries for the benefit of the deal
- Understand and be able to articulate customer’s key business objectives and challenges and be able to match T-Systems solutions required to support objectives and solve challenges at C level to win business
- Ability to inform, motivate and inspire others to succeed
- Establishes a winning spirit in deal team
- Contribution to ongoing development of best-practice and innovative sales excellence
**Your Profile**:
**Requirements**:
- Demonstrate a consistent and successful track record in development of large and complex opportunities (10M€ and above)
- Good team-leadership qualities
- Strong commercial awareness
- Very high standards of written and verbal communication in French & English
- Creative thinking and solution management
- Focus of deal generation, shaping and qualification
- Experience of operating within formal and informal procurement processes
- Strategic & Consultative selling skills
- Outstanding presentation skills
- Tenacious, persistent and determined
**Basic qualifications**:
- 7+ years of experience in customer facing roles in infrastructure or cloud technology
- Experience leading global, cross-functional, virtual teams to ensure customer engagement and multi-national account
**Nice-to-have**:
- Be able to demonstrate very high levels of autonomy, proactivity, initiative and drive
- Possess a winning track-record in complex sales opportunities
- Exhibit high levels of organizational ability and demonstrate an uncompromising attention to detail
- Demonstrate experience of working with various international teams and cultures
