TikTok’s Brand Partnership Managers are responsible for building long term partnerships with the top agencies and brands across Europe, to educate and inform them about commercial opportunities within TikTok. Our innovative advertising products are high-impact and engaging, we create a native experience for our users and develop deep connections with our brands.

**Responsibilities**:

- Identify new business opportunities for Ecom brands and agencies to partner with TikTok.
- Display advising skills to understand your clients business objectives and how TikTok can help make them come true.
- Lead and grow global client relationships with product adoption and scaled solution.
- Provide accurate forecast of sales opportunities with detailed account plans.
- Animate clients’ relation outside of classic media approach : creativity, safety, measurement, to better operate their business.
- Collaborate cross functionally to ensure improvement for product, process and client relationships.

**Qualifications**:

- Demonstrate track record of achieving and exceeding revenue goals as long as building long-term strategic relationships.

- Experience in digital and programmatic sales, or consulting for e-commerce companies and start ups.
- Deep-knowledge in analysing campaign data, attribution metrics, data relevancy and delivering lower funnel recommendations.
- Excellent verbal and written English and French language skills
- Self-starter, fast learner with a start-up spirit
