Lancez votre **carrière** dès à présent en suivant l'une de nos formations diplômantes en **Management - Gestion de Projet**reconnues par l'État de niveau 5 à niveau 7 (Bac+2 à Bac+5).**
**Missions**:
- Accompagner les clients après la vente pour garantir leur satisfaction.
- Suivre l’usage du produit et résoudre les problèmes rencontrés.
- Renforcer la fidélité client.
- Identifier les opportunités de ventes additionnelles.
**Compétences / Profil**:
- Organisation, autonomie et esprit de synthèse.
- Bon sens du relationnel.
- Orientation client.
- Pour ce poste, vous devez être _**_éligible à l'apprentissage_**_ : avoir entre 16 et 29 ans et être autorisé à travailler en France. Exceptions possibles : apprentis préparant un diplôme supérieur, travailleurs handicapés, sportifs de haut niveau ou porteurs d'un projet de création/reprise d'entreprise._
