**Descriptif de la mission**: le Security Expert M&A sera impliqué aux côtés du Local Security Officer, du Business ou du CISO régional, ainsi que de GDI Cybersecurity, dans tous les projets M&A. Il devra s'assurer que les sites d'acquisitions ou de cessions respectent les règles et politiques de cybersécurité en vigueur. De plus, il sera responsable de la communication des procédures rapides et efficaces à suivre pour chaque acquisition ou cession.
**Description du poste**:
Participer à l'intégration des acquisitions et à la gestion des cessions dans le cadre de projets M&A.
Veiller à la conformité des sites d'acquisitions et de cessions avec les politiques de cybersécurité.
Collaborer avec les équipes locales et régionales pour garantir une communication fluide et efficace des procédures à mettre en place.
Expertise en cybersécurité, avec une expérience en gestion de sécurité dans le cadre de M&A.
Connaissance des normes et réglementations en cybersécurité liées aux acquisitions et cessions.
Capacités à gérer les risques et à assurer la conformité des processus.
Bonne communication, avec la capacité à expliquer des procédures complexes de manière claire.
**Expérience**:
Expérience confirmée en gestion de projets M&A, idéalement dans un contexte de cybersécurité.
Expérience préalable en tant qu'expert sécurité ou consultant M&A est un atout.
