**Position Overview: Basic Functions & Responsibilities**
The Commercial Finance COE provides Global and Regional Decision Making, FP&A and Transactional support for the Commercial Finance Organization.
Part of the regional support group we are looking for a LAMERA FP&A Sr. Specialist - Business Support
This role provides a unique opportunity to work across Latin America, Middle East, Russia, and African countries closely working with key stakeholders both at Regional and Corporate level as well as providing financial insight and analytics to support key business decisions. The LAMERA FP&A Sr. Specialist role is responsible for supporting financial planning and reporting activities between the Commercial Finance COE, the LAMERA Finance Leadership and the FP&A teams supporting the various markets/clusters.
You will be bringing a financial perspective while using smart tools and innovative processes and enhance reporting capabilities.
**Primary Activities**:Main responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Closely collaborate with LAMERA region & markets and providing FP&A support for Budget, LROP and Forecasts.
- Ability and opportunity to work across areas outside primary responsibility (eg Global / other regions)
- Involved in the monthly closing activities, develop analysis, and prepare specific reporting for business and finance stakeholders
- Co-ordinate monthly, quarterly estimates, collect / consolidate commentaries
- Support preparation of Monthly, Quarterly, Forecast and Leadership Team presentation decks providing adequate drivers and quality explanations to support decision making.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly and ad-hoc financial analyses as support for Operation reviews, forecasts, and other meetings
- Support regional headcount reviews and secure data integrity between systems.
- Prepare forecast & budget and analyze actuals for the LAMERA Regional HQ
- Maintain effective relationships with other stakeholders (within and outside Commercial Finance COE) on multiple topics as required.
- Closely collaborate with country finance/FP&A teams and follow up the execution of any required tasks
- Support on various ongoing projects as required
- Continuously focus on process optimization and simplification, with the intent to reduce manual reporting work and enhance finance processes
- Provide ad-hoc support to the Regional LAMERA FD
**Background Requirements and Qualifications**:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Accounting or Finance with a minimum of 2-3 years of Finance and/or FP&A experience
- Strong analytical skills
- Fluent in English (proficiency level), other local languages are a plus

**Primary skills include but are not limited to**:
- BPC, SAP, FSA experience and strong Excel / PowerPoint skills.
