**Job description**

Under the responsibility of the** International HRBP, **and as part of the company's hypergrowth, your mission will be** to support HR **in the management of** daily HR tasks and the structuring of HR projects in an international context.**

As Junior HR Business Partner Intern, your missions will be as follows:

- Prepare HR and administrative documents in relation with employee contract life cycle
- HR support in our 9 subsidiaries (Europe, Middle East, Asia, North America )
- Onboarding management
- Support the maintaining of the HRIS (LUCCA)
- Participation in the set up and the roll out of HR policies (Legal & agreements, compensation & benefits, Talent development, HR Communication, Performance management, HR country development)
- HR project management (Quality of life at work / engagement management, training management)

**About you**

You are enrolled in a** Master's **degree with specialization in **Human Resources **and have the following assets:
