**Job Description** Location**:Levallois
**Contract type**: Apprenticeship
**Duration**: 12 or 24 months depending on the program
**Start date**: January 2026

As a Junior HR Business Partner, you will collaborate with the HR team to support day-to-day operations across France, Spain and Italy. You will be involved in a wide range of HR activities and contribute to both operational and strategic initiatives.

**Your responsibilities will include**:

- Supporting HR processes such as onboarding, offboarding, and internal mobility.
- Assisting with employee administration and payroll (contracts, amendments, payroll related documents).
- Helping implement HR campaigns (performance reviews, development plans, training programs).
- Contributing to HR data analysis and reporting.
- Participating in cross-functional HR projects (e.g. inclusion, well-being, digital transformation).
- Providing support to employees and managers on HR-related topics.
- Assisting with matters related to social relations, including preparation and follow-up of meetings with employee representatives and Works Council.
- Helping ensure compliance with local labor regulations and collective agreements.

**Qualifications**
- Currently enrolled in a Master’s program in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
- Previous experience in HR (internship or apprenticeship) is beneficial.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to handle confidential information responsibly.
- Passionate and curious bout AI
- Good level of English; Spanish is an asset.
