**Job - Photo and Video Content Production Junior Specialist h/f**
- Location : Based in Paris, with the possibility of occasional travel._

The Photo and Video Content Production Junior Specialist will be responsible for creating, producing, and managing high-quality visual content for the DNP and sharingbox brands in Europe. This content will be used in our documentation, newsletters, and on our social media platforms to enhance our online presence and engage our audience.

**Responsibilities**:

- **Content Creation**:

- Produce high-quality photos and videos for various platforms and media.
- Develop creative concepts for marketing campaigns and special projects.
- **Project Management**:

- Plan, organize, and supervise shooting and photography sessions.
- Coordinate with various internal teams (marketing, communication, product) to ensure that the content meets strategic objectives.
- **Editing and Post-Production**:

- Film, edit, and produce videos and photos using professional equipment and software.
- Ensure visual consistency and quality of the produced content.
- **Social Media Management**:

- Collaborate with the social media team to optimize visual content for different platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, Pinterest, etc.).
- Analyze content performance and adjust strategies accordingly.
- **Documentation and Archiving**:

- Maintain an organized library of all produced visual content.
- Ensure the updating and availability of content for different teams.
- **Competitive Intelligence and Trends**:

- Monitor trends and innovations in the field of visual content production.
- Propose new and innovative ideas to improve our visual content.

**Required Skills**:

- Degree in communication, marketing, audiovisual production, or a related field.
- A first experience in photo and video content production, preferably in a marketing or communication environment.
- Proficiency in video editing software (Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, etc.) and photo retouching software (Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom, etc.).
- Knowledge of shooting and photography techniques.
- Knowledge of site platforms such as WordPress would be a plus.
- Ability to develop creative concepts and translate them into attractive visual content.
- Excellent project management and organizational skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Ability to collaborate with different teams and understand their needs.
- Ability to analyze content performance and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Proficiency in English and preferably French. Knowledge of other European languages is a plus.
