We’re a boutique independent publishing studio producing cinematic, high-end editorial and video campaigns that blend visual storytelling, craftsmanship, and strong narrative voice.

We are now preparing a series of productions (fashion, lifestyle, concept series) — and are seeking an experienced **Video Production Coordinator** to take ownership of pre-production, scheduling, and execution logistics.

This is not a creative direction or content creation role — it’s about booking crews, organizing production days, and ensuring everything runs on time and on budget. If you're used to handling shoot calendars, locations, cast, contracts, and making things happen behind the scenes, we want to hear from you.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Build and manage detailed pre-production plans
- Coordinate and book crew (DOP, assistants, stylists, etc.)
- Lock in cast, call sheets, schedules, and backup options
- Oversee location scouting, booking, and permits if needed
- Handle contracts, delivery deadlines, and budgets
- Track all shoot logistics and timelines
- Be present or remote-managing on shoot days (depending on location)
- Coordinate asset delivery with post team and editorial

**Who We’re Looking For**
- A **production professional** with at least **2-3 years in video shoot coordination / line production**:

- Skilled at wrangling multiple people, moving parts, and cities
- Calm under pressure and proactive in planning
- Confident managing time, people, and budgets
- Fluent in written/spoken English
- Familiar with cinematic, editorial, or fashion-style productions
- Based in Europe

- Junior video editors or content creators
- TikTok/social media producers
- Writers or stylists seeking creative direction roles
