Avec 9,3 milliards d'euros de chiffre d'affaires économique en 2022, un réseau de 150 usines et 43 centres de R&D au plus près des clients, les 40 500 femmes et hommes d'OPmobility s'engagent pour relever les défis de la mobilité zéro carbone. Notre ambition ? Fournir aux constructeurs automobiles des équipements et des solutions de pointe pour développer la voiture propre et connectée de demain.

**Vos missions**:
Au sein de la Direction Fiscale du Groupe OPmobility, nous recherchons un/une étudiant(e) en alternance pour une **période de 12 mois à compter de septembre 2025** qui sera amené(e) à travailler sur les sujets suivants:

- Soutien à la rédaction et à la mise à jour de la documentation prix de transfert
- Suivi de la compliance fiscale du Groupe (prix de transfert/ tax reporting/ documentation interne)
- Recherches techniques, rédaction de notes ou de mémos, présentations sur des problématiques fiscales françaises et internationales (IS, TVA, taxes locales, restructuring, financement, ruling)
- Assistance à la campagne déclarative des liasses fiscales 2025
- Participation à des opérations de restructuration
- Veille fiscale

**Qui êtes-vous ?**

Etudiant(e) en master 2 universitaire fiscalité / école de commerce, vous pratiquez l'anglais, tant à l'écrit qu'à l'oral.

Vous disposez idéalement d'une première expérience en entreprise ou en cabinet sur des problématiques de fiscalité.
