**Your Role**

As a Senior Product Manager at LumApps, you are responsible for maximizing impact while considering the complexity and profitability of your product(s). To make these decisions, you must understand the market, competition, and rely on customer feedback, potential RFPs, insights from Customer Success Managers, market feedback and Lumies (LumApps employees).

As a Senior Product Manager for Search & AskAI you will be leading the LumApps Digital Assistant (AskAI) & search capabilities of the daily frontdoor for 5M employees. You will define a strategy and roadmap for all our interfaces line considering commercial and technical imperatives and the quality of the user experience.

**Missions**
- Contribute to the definition of the wider LumApps Product Vision and Strategy whilst developing and evangelizing internally and externally the Vision, Strategy and Roadmap for your product(s).
- Manage roadmap prioritization and dependencies with other teams in collaboration with Product Owners, Engineering Manager, Product designers.
- Define KPIs to determine the success of a feature / go-to-market and develop the corresponding objectives into quarterly plans for your products.
- Work closely with product marketing to develop a deep understanding of your market and products positioning relative to competition.
- Listen to customer experiences and market developments to identify and fill product gaps, generate new ideas to increase market share, improve customer experience, and drive growth.
- Collaborate with sales and project management teams to collect, define product strategies, and identify new product opportunities.
- Commit to customer engagements in line with stakeholder agreements.
- Collaborate with Product Designers and UX researchers on research projects.
- Support key client projects during releases and sales phases.

**Skills**
- Minimum 7-8 years Product Mgt experience at a global SaaS or an API platform or Enterprise Search provider.
- ** Proficient level in French and fluent level in English.**
- Recognised by peers as a practitioner and an expert in Enterprise Search.
- Experience collaborating with a large and global salesforce, CSM organisation and PMM team.
- Experience across the entire Product Lifecycle : from ideas to sunset, managing early stage and mature products.
- Experience integrating or competing with major Enterprise Search providers such as GCS, Bing, Coveo etc.
- Experience devising and implementing strategies to improve search relevance across a wide variety of content within and outside the enterprise.
- Deep understanding of Search UX on desktop, mobile and conversational interfaces.
- Understanding of key Cloud/SaaS products and market dynamics (esp Google/MSFT).
- Experience influencing stakeholders at all levels using quantitative/qualitative arguments.

Desirable:

- Specific experience integrating and deploying Google Vertex, MSFT Copilot.
- Experience integrating and deploying OpenAI into Enterprise customers.
