Your Responsibilities:
- Performs administrative or specialized support tasks in the Project Management area with a moderate degree of supervision:- Provides administrative support to nonexecutive employees or groups in the organization (Project Managers, etc.).
- Ensure cross-functional cooperation within the project teams.
- Acts as the first point of contact for internal facilities issues and refers related issues to the appropriate personnel.
- Administrative point of contact for employees in secondary worksites.Your Profile:
- Certificate of Higher Education (HNC) in Administration or equivalent or equivalent knowledge.
- Microsoft Office Medium Level (Word, Excel, Power point, Outlook, Sharepoint)
- Previous experience providing administrative support.
- Excellent written and oral communication
- Proven analytical skills
- Ability to deliver concise synthesis
- Fluent in English and French in order to perform back and forth oral and written translation of different technical and non-technical deliverablesOur offer to you:
