Founded in 2021, Allisone AI is a start-up that helps dentists and dental surgeons analyze X-rays using an artificial intelligence tool. The founder of Allisone is himself a dentist who has experienced the pros and cons of the dentist work and who wants to improve it.

The Allisone tool provides dentists and dental surgeons with a second analysis of the situation and a medical diagnosis. This saves them time and allows them to devote themselves to other more human tasks. This easy-to-use product digitalizes the workflow of the whole dental industry.

Our global objective is to have a real impact into health, to contribute to provide better care to patients worldwide and to help medical professionals with their work. With already 700 users, Allisone has a strong growth and development, great ambitions and a meaningful project with lots of perspectives

**Your missions**

As Quality Assurance Manager, you will:

- Be a reference about tests and quality assurance, propose the appropriate tools and methods,
- Bring your technical and architectural expertise to define and animate the automation roadmap of our tests,
- Manage the quality division’s activity by metrics,
- Be a quality manager for the entire team: set goals, conduct regular interviews, provide positive feedback and progress as the project progresses,
- Be the guarantor of the quality of the products delivered,
- Ensure a flawless test monitoring process and smooth feedback from the QA team to the development teams,
- Investigate anomalies and report them to the developers, product managers or designers with whom you exchange daily,
- Write acceptance tests and perform manual tests,
- Alert and ensure issues are addressed in a sustainable manner,

**About you**:

- You have 3 years of experience in a test automation engineer role with agile teams on a SaaS product, in a fast-growing environment,
- You are fluent in English,
- You are a team player,
- You know how to prioritize your tasks, what has to be done asap and what can wait,
- You are fully proficient in at least one automation framework,
- You have already evolved in a context of test automation of a SaaS platform developed in agile mode,
- You have a strong background in development and architecture,
- You regularly carry out the technological watch,
- You are outgoing and enthusiastic, excited about being a core member of a rockstar team
