Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Quality Assurance Manager located in the Greater Paris Metropolitan Region. The Quality Assurance Manager will be responsible for managing the QA team, developing and implementing quality management systems, conducting audits, inspecting products, and ensuring compliance with industry standards. This role includes improving processes, addressing customer complaints, and collaborating with different departments to maintain product quality and safety standards.
Qualifications
- Strong knowledge in quality management systems, quality control, and compliance with industry standards
- Experience in conducting audits, product inspections, and process improvements
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to handle customer complaints effectively
- Strong leadership and team management capabilities
- Experience in the automotive manufacturing industry
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and French
- Ability to work on-site full time in the Greater Paris Metropolitan Region
