Thanks to its expertise as a global integrator, VINCI Airports develops, finances, builds and operates airports by providing its investment capacity and know-how in optimizing operational performance, modernizing airport infrastructures and managing their environmental transition.VINCI Airports is looking for a global **IT Manager (F/M)** for the HQ IT team based in VINCI HQ in Nanterre. In a decentralized organization, the IT Manager will help accelerating airport’s digitalization by leading transversal projects for airports, providing IT expertise to airport’s IT departments, assisting with new airports acquisition by doing IT due diligences, and taking part in Innovation through IT solutions and Technology watch.To achieve our strategic objectives in VINCI Airports, we need our Businesses to continuously transform themselves.- IT plays a crucial role in enabling that evolution by providing:
- New Business Solutions relying on enhanced processes, people and technology capabilities,
- Efficient, secure and robust IT services.

Main responsibilities:
**Accelerate airports digitalization in driving transversal projects.**
- Build common IT assets for VINCI Airports IT community with VA HQ businesses ;
- Manage Business relationships with HQ Business departments (Operations, Commercial, Technical,) ;
- Run transversal IT projects across airports of the VINCI Network
Provide guidelines and benchmarks on Airport IT solutions ;
- Assess the opportunity and create new global IT contracts for IT business solutions.

**Provide IT expertise for airports & VA IT Community animation.**
- Support airports IT Directors/Managers
Support airports local project managers in their IT (solutions) tenders ;
- Provide IT Expertise to our airport’s IT for their major projects ;
- Review airports IT Capex plans, annual budgets and provide advice/guidance
Manage with the HQ IT Team our VINCI Airports IT Community (Knowledge base, IT portal, communication,) ;
- Set, promote, enforce, and keep up to date IT Standards and Best Practices across airports ;
- Enable cross-BU IT collaboration.

**Provide IT expertise for DEV - Due diligence for Business Development**
- Support Business Development Team in assessing new airports IT and determine IT investment plans ;
- Support and follow-up new BU IT’s in the implementation of their post Due Diligence / Transition action plans.

**Innovation and Technology**
- Perform IT solutions and Technology watch.**Objectives**
- Increase IT solutions standardization/homogenization across our airports ;
- Increase Business process digitization (coverage) across our airports ;
- Help our BU IT departments deliver faster value to their businesses ;
- Optimize IT solutions budgets.

**Profil**:

- Good knowledge of the airport business and airport business-IT solutions
- Experience in IT management role with a good overview on Build & Run function
- Senior expertise in IT: technology / processes / tools + project management
- Leadership: autonomous & entrepreneurial mindset

- Good communication and relationship skills, Networking skills (develop & maintain relationships)
- Coordination and animation skills
- Fluent in French and English, Portugues and Spanish highly appreciated.
