**Job description**
As a part of our Tech team (20+ people), you will lead a QA team and be in charge of guaranteeing the quality and proper functioning of our site and our tools.

**Your missions**:

- Defining and implementing the Quality Assurance strategy
- Leading QA Engineers in following and accepting the developments made with E2E tests
- Making sure the product is working properly
- Raising the alarm and ensuring that problems are corrected in a sustainable manner
- Designing automated testing strategies to track product and code base growth
- Running tests on different devices
- Evangelizing test and quality issues within the Tech & Product team
- Following Monitoring tools

**Our stack**:
We focus on recent technologies with a constant need for improvement and optimization. It also means a lot of autonomy within teams and collective decision-making. The Engineering team is divided in 3 delivery tribes and 3 core chapters and here are the details of our stack:
Frontend:

- When we design our web app, we use NextJS with TypeScript and React Query
- When comes the time for testing, we use: react-testing-library with jes

Backend:

- When we write our API, it’s with NestJS and TypeScript
- When accessing our databases, we use Prisma
- And when testing, we use jest (and we love dependency injection)

Ops:

- We use Github to store our code and our CI runs on Github Actions
- We use SonarCloud for quality purpose (80% coverage, rough but fair linter,)
- We store our data mainly in Postgres
- We’re hosted on AWS, deployed with Terraform

**Preferred experience**
**Must have**:

- Agility : Ensures that your team members work with Agile methodology
- High Technical Expertise in testing automation
- Ability to maintain a strong environment and work with other teams to solve problems
- Management experience of QA Engineers
- Strong communication skills

**Nice have**:

- Fluency in English
- High Technical expertise in Clean Code
- Ability to understand the strategy of your team and the business of your company
