**ROLE**:
Within the Communication Department and more particularly in the Internal Communication Department within the Group's head office in Marseille, your mission is to create Corporate content (videos, posts, articles, etc.) and to animate internal communication channels via a Community Manager role. You also participate in the organization of internal events and activities, in particular at the Group's headquarters in Marseille.
**You are thus helping to achieve the main mission of the team**: informing the 150,000 CMA CGM employees around the world to generate support, a sense of belonging and pride, in order to strengthen everyone's commitment.
**RESPONSIBILITIES**:
- You create news content (articles, posts, videos) intended for an internal audience on the Group's communication tools: Yammer corporate social network, Sharepoint intranet, Headquarters screens (reception, elevators, conviviality areas)
- As a community manager on Yammer, you participate in the publication of posts while animating the communities.
- You participate in the editorial planning of internal communication with the sourcing of content and the updating of an editorial calendar.
- You support internal clients (HR, Digital, CSR, etc.) in their communications to employees.
- You contribute to all the events organized at Headquarters or in Marseille (conferences & webinars, exhibitions, sports competitions, blood donation collection, etc.)
- You also support the editorial team of the internal newsletter by participating in the strategy to improve the Group's intranet (optimization of the user experience, promotion of Group news, etc.)
- You help the Internal Newsletter team to publish content on the Group intranet.
**PROFILE AND SKILLS**:
- You are a Business School with a specialisation in Communication
- You know how to communicate perfectly in French and English, both orally and in writing.
- You have excellent writing skills, you are a force for proposals on new ways of communicating in order to captivate your audience and generate commitment.
- You are comfortable with the animation of social networks, Microsoft tools (Teams, Sharepoint ) and Adobe
- You also enjoy and manage video creation (PlayPlay or Adobe or Premiere Pro)
- You are proactive, and do not hesitate to propose new challenges
