**PRÉSENTATION DE L’ENTREPRISE**

L’entreprise que nous accompagnons est un éditeur de logiciels situé à Lyon 2.

Afin d’accompagner sa croissance, nous l’aidons à recruter un Engineering Manager H/F en CDI.

**DESCRIPTION DU POSTE**

Vous intégrerez l’équipe R&D et serez rattaché au CTO. Vous coacherez une Feature Team Agile composée de 10 personnes.

Vos principales missions seront divisées en 2 parties:
**Management**
- Coconstruire la roadmap (notamment technique) avec la Direction Produit ;
- Garantir la qualité du travail des collaborateurs ;
- Faire grandir l’équipe, la maintenir motivée et heureuse ;
- Communiquer sur les réalisations de l’équipe ;
- Fixer les objectifs et accompagner les collaborateurs à les atteindre ;
- Suivre les membres de l’équipe et identifier les besoins de formation ;
- Participer au recrutement des futurs collaborateurs.

**Technique**
- Porter la vision technique avec le CTO et promouvoir les bonnes pratiques ;
- Améliorer les processus de développement ;
- Garantir une méthode orientée « Lean Software Development » ;
- Optimiser via l’automatisation, l’outillage la CI/CD.

- Back-End :.Net Core et Java (Springboot)
- Front-end : Angular 15
- Outillage : NUnit, Specflow / Cucumber, Selenium, Git)
- Architecture SaaS
- Architectures micro-services
- Cloud public AWS
- Outils DevOps & CI/CD : Linux, Ansible, Docker, Terraform

**PROFIL RECHERCHÉ**

De formation BAC+5 en informatique, vous disposez de 7 années d’expérience minimum.

Vous avez une première expérience en tant qu’Engineering Manager ou en tant que Leader Technique avec la volonté d’évoluer vers du Management.

Vous êtes passionné(e) par les approches Produit et vous disposez d’un bon relationnel.
