**Overview**

**Responsibilities**
- Develop and implement strategic business development plans to achieve company objectives.
- Identify new market opportunities and potential clients through research and networking.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
- Conduct negotiations with potential clients to secure contracts and agreements.
- Collaborate with the sales team to align business development strategies with sales initiatives.
- Utilize Salesforce to track leads, manage client interactions, and report on business development activities.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to inform business strategies.
- Prepare presentations and proposals for prospective clients.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in business development or sales, preferably in the related industry of modular Buildings.
- Strong negotiation skills with a track record of successful deal closures.
- Excellent understanding of market dynamics and customer relationship management.
- Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM software is highly desirable.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with clients at all levels.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making.

Pay: 45,000.00€ - 55,000.00€ per year
