**Job description**:
**Position to be filled on the Angers campus or any other national campus**

We are looking for a storyteller; adept at understanding business drivers, students and academic world.

Reporting to the Deputy Director of International Recruitment and Admissions, you will be collaborative with an investigative mind-set, able to create engaging content for external and internal stakeholders with the drive and commitment to ensure consistency and promote our academic programmes.

**Your Challenges**
- Develop a content strategy that aligns with brand strategy and commercial targets both long term and short term.
- Elaborate, maintain and execute the editorial production and distribution
- Create, write, edit and compelling content for social media channels
- Develop the creation of proactive commercial communication campaigns and storytelling opportunities for editorial projects
- Review content for tone, voice, clarity, and consistency of messaging
- Edit ٫ proofread and improve upon writer’s’ content when necessary

**What do you need to apply?**
- You are proficient in IT tools and have good editorial and relational skills. Listening to the needs of ESSCA targets, you enjoy working in teams and adapt to the diversity of situations.
- You are able to work quickly, creatively and accurately and understands how to build a story and set the right strategy to reach audiences
- You are pro-active in generating new ideas to draw attention of targeted audiences
- You measure and analyse brand share of buzz and Net Promoter Scores, as well as any other relevant metrics
- Improve and track KPIs metrics performances and conversions to produce reports and suggest communication action plans.

**Profile**:
Who are we looking for?
- You have experience in communication industry, ideally in education marketing or agency
- You are proactive, autonomous and can work independently with little guidance.
- You enjoy owning projects and are disciplined to report progress regularly against se goals. You take initiative and behave like an entrepreneur/intrapreneur.
- You have near-native fluency in English (written and spoken) any additional languages are a plus.
- You excel at quickly identifying creative solutions and can appraise their viability using standard practices and can back these up thanks to your data-driven analytical mindset You are familiar with Online Advertising Platforms (Instagram, Tik Tok Ads as well as SEO tactics).
- You are a team-player and have a positive attitude. You are open-minded and genuinely enjoy learning everyday taking on new challenges.
