We are looking for you to join the Reunion and Leadership Giving team in the Advancement department on our Europe campus in Fontainebleau, France, as a Senior Manager, Alumni Reunions. In this role you are responsible for the strategic leadership and management of all alumni relations and class engagement for your assigned classes and for the management and execution of digital marketing for all Reunion and Leadership Giving (RLG) activity. The position will be on a permanent, full-time basis, hybrid working model is in place.

Relationship management:
Identify, recruit, manage, motivate, and steward a full slate of class and reunion volunteers, and strategically manage their engagement with and on behalf of the school.
Build strong relationships through face-to-face and virtual visits and other interactions to ensure successful class and reunion engagement as well as prepare the ground for class giving campaigns.
Collaborate and partner with RLG fundraising teammates to align and integrate class and reunion social and gift activities, and to steward all reunion volunteers in a consistent way
Reunion alumni relations, engagement, and management:
Develop and manage programs that inspire high rates of engagement, stimulate lifelong learning opportunities, strengthen ties with INSEAD and create a favourable fundraising platform.
Define and implement marketing plans to maximize engagement and giving of assigned classes and reunions.
RLG Digital Marketing SME and Leader:
Define and implement strategic marketing plan to maximize engagement and giving across all RLG campaigns and segments.
Own campaign design and execution while collaborating with RLG teammates and other Eloqua superusers.
Manage internal and external partners to create dynamic messages that will connect with alumni and friends of INSEAD with a focus on reunion fundraising.
Analyze the effectiveness of campaigns, providing actionable insights for data-led optimization
Develop accurate reporting and dashboards and ensure timely distribution to RLG team, class and reunion volunteers, and other key stakeholders
Work closely with the Advancement Digital Marketing team, actively contribute to the department-wide Eloqua superuser group, and align activity with the DC Team superuser partner for RLG
Engage in joint problem-solving sessions with the core team and IT, including reviewing and analysing real time data
Create and maintain knowledge transfer/training for key stakeholders; act as RLG’s digital marketing champion
Your profile:
Minimum Bachelor’s degree or similar.
Minimum 3-5 years in fundraising and/or volunteer management, preferably in an educational institution and in digital marketing for alumni relations and fundraising.
Bilingual English and French with outstanding written and oral communication skills in English.
Effective public-speaking and presentation skills.
Proven ability to motivate, engage and work with alumni, volunteers, university officials, faculty, and staff with track record in establishing credibility and confidence internally and externally.
Ability to work well under pressure with excellent organizational and time management skills.
Strong analytical and digital marketing skills, along with project management skills and ability to manage stakeholder expectations. Strong attention to detail.
Ability to think strategically and conceptually and handle difficult situations with flexibility and sense of humor.
Professionalism, maturity, collaborative approach to work, and ability to maintain confidentiality.
Keenness to work in a diverse, multi-cultural, global environment and ability to deal effectively and politely with people from all types of backgrounds and in a variety of difficult situations. Unfailingly diplomatic, comfortable with ambiguity, and very positive.
Flexible, creative thinker open to new ideas and changing priorities within a fast-paced environment.
