INSEAD is seeking a **Manager, Admissions Engagement**to join our Degree Programmes Department. This is a full-time, permanent position based at either our Europe Campus in Fontainebleau, France or our Asia Campus in Singapore. A hybrid working model is in place - 3 days on campus, 2 days from home.

**Your role within the team**
- **Design & Oversee the yield strategy**to meet the class size target and ensure the diversity in the class (gender, nationality), in collaboration with all internal stakeholders to plan ahead the:
- **Yield strategy**:will be reviewed with Executive Director of Admission in alignment with the class composition and diversity need.
- **Events Calendar**: plan the yearly events calendar containing all the events organized globally, face-to-face and online. Support the Admission Manager on their events and delivery.
- **Alumni Strategy**: liaise with alumni and NAAs to organize local events to welcome the admits across programmes, giving the alumni networking opportunities.
- **Social Media**: Create and animate the pre-experience Teams and support the admissions managers with their respective programmes.
- **Community App**:responsible to addressing and maintaining the INSEAD Community app in regard to admit perspective and scope of engagement.
- **Lead the pre-experience yield initiatives**implementing all activities such as online and face-to-face events, maintaining regular contact with recent admits to ensure they have all the information required to enrol, updating and enhancing the acceptance documents and websites, and adapting them to the pre-experience generation. Exercising strong organizational skills and attention to detail, ensuring that all information is tracked on Peoplesoft system for future analysis in support of designing the following year’s strategy.
- **Manage and centralise external relations**outside the Admissions office, collaborating with various stakeholders to enhance the admit experience and support yield initiatives:
- **National Alumni Associations**:Centralize communication with the NAAs across DP to ensure they are informed of new admits, update and share the NAA toolkit, and increase its visibility and usage. Work closely with the NAAs to monitor attendance at their events and analyse the impact on yield across DP.
- **Marketing & Recruitment**:Collaborate closely with Recruitment Team Managers to stay informed of their trips and identify opportunities to organise global yield events that benefit admits.
- **Student Life**:Ensure a smooth onboarding process from admit to student in coordination with relevant teams, establishing a seamless transition from the admissions office to programme management _without leaving any admits behind. _
- **IT & Digital Team**:Work closely with the relevant teams to optimise the community app within budgetary constraints, creating an effective tool that enhances admit engagement and facilitates connections with current students and future classmates
- **Support the pre-experience preselection committee**making admissions decisions autonomously bearing in mind the admissions criteria for the Master In Management (MIM) and with MIF (Master in Finance). Exercising strong sense of judgement, fairness and strong understanding of an ideal INSEAD student, acquiring constant knowledge of the career opportunities and skills needed to be a successful student.
- Bachelor degree in any relevant discipline
- Minimum of five years’ experience with a strong background in Event Management, Public Relationship communications or relationship management. Proven experience working in a multicultural environment is essential, with prior experience in higher education considered an advantage.
- Communication and Presentation : Demonstrate outstanding written and oral communication in English, with ability to engage senior-level audiences effectively.
- Customer and Stakeholder Focus: Maintain a strong customer service orientation while delivering initiatives that meet the needs of admits and partners.
- Adaptability and Innovation : Show agility in adapting content, trying new initiatives, and responding to changing circumstances.
- Technical Proficiency: Possess strong IT skills with Microsoft Office package; knowledge of Peoplesoft and Power BI is appreciated.
