We are looking for an **Overall Safety & Reliability Design (OSRD) Chief Engineer**to come onboard in our **Engineering Integration & Program Chief Engineer (EI)**Directorate**in **Santo 's**team : a team of **35+**collaborators

The department of “Engineering Integration & Program Chief Engineer” (EI) is responsible for:

- Chief Engineering
- Engineering Performance and Planning
- Future Projects and R&T
- Production support

Engineering Integration activities cover all Engineering activities at aircraft level or transverse and in particular, EI is fully responsible for Engineering integration activities (to perform trade-offs and to agree on a consolidated design solution), the Chief Engineer finally authorize the consolidated design solution at aircraft level.

The Overall Safety & Reliability Design Chief Engineer, reporting to the Head of Engineering Integration and Program Chief Engineer, is responsible to manage all AC Level Safety and Reliability Design Activities.

**_Expert - Overall Safety & Reliability Design (OSRD) Chief Engineer _**

**_Your Mission _**
- Coordinate safety topics when several Center of Competences (CoCs) are implied or when needed on specific topics
- Lead Safety Design Progress Meeting
- Aircraft level Safety:

- Elaborate Aircraft Safety Process
- Elaborate Aircraft Level FHA & Safety Assessment
- Manage Particular Risks Analysis and other analysis at Aircraft Level
- Establish Engineering Safety Roadmap and set the medium/long terms objectives
- Exchange/coordinate with other Type Certificate Holders counterparts + international working groups
- Launch Aircraft Level Reliability Process/Activities for new major projects
- Represent E for Part IS (i.e. Part Information Security)
- Manage Icing Roadmap

**_About you _**
- Experience: 10 - 15 years
- Technical skills / knowledge:

- Aircraft Design & Development Process regulation/experience
- Aircraft/System functional and architecture knowledge
- Systems Engineering
- Certification/Qualification, Airworthiness Regulation
- Major Safety/Reliability STDs (e.g. SAE ARP 4761A, ARP4754B, DO-254, DO-178C, MIL-STD-1629A, MIL-HDBK-217F, MIL-HDBK-338B, etc.)
- Major Safety Assessment Process/Analysis & Methods (e.g. FHA, PSSA, SSA, FTA, FMEA/FMECA, CCA, ZSA, PRA, CMA etc.)
- Soft skills and Mindset:

- Aircraft and company-oriented mindset
