We are looking for a **Training Product and Offer design Manager**:

- AM Referent to come onboard in our **RST Training and Flight Operations **Directorate **in **Judith **’s team: a team of **10 **collaborators

**Career Path**:_Specialist _**

**_Your Mission _**
- **_Training offer and delivery management: _**monitors customer portfolio from commercial offer design until final services/product delivery, build-up customer relationship with high level interlocutors (Airlines, Aviation Authorities, Aviation schools, MROs )
- **_Process and methodology improvement: _**contribute to continuous improvement actions and projects: Transversal projects for shared processes and collaborative work improvement, optimization of existing tools to improve service efficiency (such as pricing and products database), support on improvement axis identification, deployment and follow-up within the STC Team
- **_Performance and risks monitoring _**: contribute to performance monitoring and risks analysis: KPI’s improvement and follow-up within your scope, manage customers’ claims/litigation, deliver weekly reports on your portfolio (highlights & blocking points)

**_About you _**
- Field of study: Sales field
- Experience: Minimum 5 years in aviation industry
- Technical skills / knowledge: Commercial and Marketing software suite (Excel advanced level and SAP would be preferable)
- Soft skills: Customer-oriented mindset, team spirit, interpersonal skills, good communicator and speaker, strong ability to manage conflict and stress, bearing positive and flexible attitude
- Fluent in English and French (Italian is a plus)
