**Your role**:
As **Senior Workplace Experience Manager**at Hublo, you will ensure that our work environment fosters productivity, well-being, and alignment with our values.

Reporting to **Lucie (Chief People Officer)** and leading one apprentice, you will oversee office management, internal events, employee onboarding, and champion sustainability and social impact initiatives.

Your role will be pivotal in creating an inspiring and efficient workplace that supports our teams in delivering meaningful results.

**What we're looking for**:

- Proven experience in workplace management, office operations, or employee experience roles, ideally in dynamic environments like scale-ups.
- Strong organizational and project management skills, with success in delivering complex initiatives, such as large-scale events or multi-site operations.
- Experience leading sustainability and social impact initiatives, with a commitment to driving meaningful change in workplace practices.
