**About the role**
Join code.store’s marketing team to support our lead generation and marketing automation strategies. You’ll work closely with the co-founders and be mentored directly on strategic topics. We’re looking for someone curious, hands-on, and driven to test, iterate, and scale what works.

The company is based in Paris, but the whole Tech team is working remotely.

**Your mission**
- Contribute to the design and execution of multi-channel lead generation campaigns
- Build and optimize marketing automation workflows (HubSpot, Make, etc.)
- Pilot creation and iteration on Landing Page (Webflow, Relume, etc.)
- Monitor campaign performance (GA4, Looker Studio, Hotjar/Clarity)
- Support content creation for inbound channels (SEO, blog, newsletter)
- Collaborate with Sales to enrich and qualify prospects (PhantomBuster, LinkedIn
scraping, etc.)
- Pre-qualify hot leads for sales
**Tools & Stack**
HubSpot, Lemlist, Webflow, Google Sheets, Make, Semrush (tbc), GA4, Canva, Looker Studio, Notion, ChatGPT
- Bilingual French/English at least
- Familiarity with growth principles (AARRR funnel, KPIs, user journey)
- Minimum 5 years of experience in marketing ( IT industry)
- Strong analytical mindset & curiosity for automation/no-code
- Solid experience with content planning, campaign management, channel marketing
strategy, demand generation, event organizing and hosting, budgeting, ROI analysis,
SEO analysis, creating ICPs, VPs, and commercial website structures

Pay: 35,000.00€ - 40,000.00€ per year
