Notre client est une prestigieuse Maison de haute couture, d'accessoires, de parfums et de divers produits de luxe.

ArchiBat RH recherche:

- ** Project Manager store planning (H/F)**

Vous serez rattaché au Directeur du store planning Europe et vous travaillerez en lien avec les différents services. Vous serez responsable du suivi de réalisation des projets neufs de boutiques (parfums et cosmétique) de la conception à la livraison. Vous serez garant de la qualité, des coûts et des délais.

**Vos principales responsabilités**:

- Coordination des intervenants externes (architectes, bureaux d'études, fournisseurs)
- Vérification et validation des études toutes phases en fonction des contraintes liées à la réalisation
- Suivi et analyse des Appels d'offres
- Echanges avec les fournisseurs pour la mise au point des détails d'exécution et l'établissement des devis
- Préparation des plannings
- Gestion du sourcing des fournisseurs et des entreprises
- Vérification des quantitatifs, analyse des appels d'offres, négociation avec les entreprises
- Suivi des chantiers jusqu'à la livraison

Profil recherché

Vous êtes diplômé en Architecture ou Architecture intérieure et vous avez 6 ans d'expérience minimum dans le domaine du retail de luxe en management de projet sur les études et le suivi de réalisation.

Vous maîtrisez le français et l'anglais à l'écrit et à l'oral. Toute autre langue européenne est un plus.
Vous avez une bonne pratique d'Autocad et du Pack Office.
Poste basé à Paris, à pourvoir dans le cadre d'un CDI. Déplacements en Europe à prévoir.
