**About the role**:
As a Sales Executive - Quota Carrier, you will be part of a team of motivated sales professionals dedicated to helping small and medium-sized business owners grow their businesses. By providing top-notch solutions, you will drive new fintech technology and revolutionize the way the world pays, banks, and invests.
**Your Responsibilities**:
- Acquire new clients through prospecting, networking, and cold calling to meet sales quotas
- Develop a strong sales pipeline by identifying potential opportunities in assigned territory and accounts
- Create and execute strategic sales plans for major opportunities
- Participate in sales calls and meetings, collaborating with other FIS departments to win and close deals
- Build and maintain relationships with key clients and new prospects at all levels
- Maintain accurate and comprehensive sales database
- Stay updated on market and industry trends
- Upsell and cross-sell full solution suite and associated delivery models
**Requirements**:
- Prior experience in financial services or Europe
- Knowledge of Capital Markets software is desirable but not essential
