At Leonard, we support entrepreneurs, intrapreneurs, and experts in designing and launching breakthrough projects. You’ll join a dynamic, collaborative, and mission-driven team based in Paris.

**Your mission**

Support the core of innovation at VINCI.

As an apprentice in the team, you’ll work closely with the managers of the 5 innovative programs of Leonard.

**What you’ll do day-to-day**:

- Support the project selection phase_
- Assist in preparing jury sessions and selection workshops.
- Drive program operations_
- Organize events, workshops, for the project teams.
- Coordinate logistics and follow-up with service providers.
- Conduct market research and benchmarking for ongoing projects.
- Ensure administrative support_
- Manage internal contractualization of AI & Intrapreneurship programs and onboarding documents.
- Maintain up-to-date documentation and planning files for the programs.
- Product Owner of Leonard platform_
- Manage knowledge management for Leonard platform & project’s documentation
- Engage with communication team and stakeholders to value our projects.

**Duration**: 1 or 2 years - Starting September 2025

**What we’re looking for**:

- A top student in a business or engineering school or university, ideally with a passion for innovation, entrepreneurship, or project management.
- Previous experience in project management or innovation methodologies is a plus.
- Strong interest in sectors like construction, energy, mobility or real estate.
- Structured, analytical, and highly organized.
- Excellent communication skills and team spirit.
- Curious, humble but ambitious, proactive, independent and eager to learn.
