**CLIENT ADVISOR**

**PARIS, CENTRAL AREA**

**ABOUT**:

- Italian luxury house
- Elegance, uniqueness and made in Italy
- Heritage, attention to details and research into unique fabrics and techniques

**RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Being UpToDate with collections, deep knowledge of products and aim to exceed targeted KPI's
- Assist with all daily operations, working along with colleagues and management, being able to maintain an impeccable floor, stockroom and VM, as per company request
- Able to provide an excellent customer service, CRM focus, client book and after sales processes
- Act as brand ambassador to build relationships with new customers and VIP clientele

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- At least 2/3 year's experience in a premium or luxury fashion industry
- Currently working with KPIs, CRM & clients appointments
- Fluent in French and English languages
- Russian, chinese or arab language is a big plus

**OFFERING**:

- Salary up to €34K, according to experience
- Great Benefits and bonus scheme
- 40 hours per week
