**About the Organization/Business Unit**:
Co-ordinate and support a series of Group PR programs: manage day-to-day PR activities; work directly with various stakeholders and spokespeople; provide support for content and news, ideas and regular planning calls

Programs currently in scope include:

- all Capgemini sponsorships - Rugby, Golf, Nobel Prize Outreach
- three key global PR scopes - Innovation, Talent, Sustainability

Write, edit and translate news alerts and press releases; has ability to review and edit other content (such as bylines, blogs, customer case studies, short videos/scripts) both in English and in French

Develop media coverage reports and regular progress/results reports for the business

Support Senior PR Manager with the Group daily press clipping, Executive Communications programs (traditional media, social media and speaker opps) and management of providers

Provide recommendations for integrated comms programs - to maximize digital and traditional media channels

Maintain the global coverage media tracking document on a daily basis with global coverage from countries around the world

Support the Group PR team in the organization of the quarterly financial results and other press events

**Profil**:
2-5 years of B2B PR experience (in IT services / B2B tech would be ideal)

Perfectly fluent in French and English, a very high standard of both spoken and written language

Ability to communicate effectively with senior stakeholders

Independent, self-starter, with ability to prioritize and self-manage a busy workload

“Grande Ecole” diploma (Sciences Po, business school, CELSA ) or University degree in journalism, media studies, communications or related qualification

A cross-cultural background

Ability to manage more than one project at a time working under tight deadlines

Knowledge and experience of how the international media works and what journalists are looking for

Strong organizational skills

Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel & PowerPoint

Team player, open to working in a virtual international team
