We’re looking for a driven **Controller (Business & Accounting)** to join our Finance Department and help us shape the future of mobility.

**About Us**

R-PASS, based in Strasbourg, is the official operator appointed by the **Collectivité d’Alsace** to collect Heavy Goods Vehicle (HGV) road taxes for vehicles over 3.5 tonnes in Alsace. Since January 2025, we will design, build, and launch after 18 months a fully operational kilometer-based charging system, making us a **technological leader** in the field.

As a joint venture between **T-Systems** and **GEA**, we combine global expertise with the agility of a startup to deliver excellence under the supervision of CeA.

**Your Role: What You’ll Do**

As a Controller in our Finance Department, you’ll take on a diverse set of responsibilities, blending financial expertise with strategic insights:

- **Proactive Support**: Assist local management with controlling activities and collaborate closely with accounting and procurement teams.
- **Financial Analysis**: Manage controlling tools, investigate unassigned payments, and handle budget and forecast planning.
- **Revenue Oversight**: Prepare monthly/quarterly revenue calculations and execute daily disbursements to CeA and supplier payments.
- **Process Excellence**: Perform and document Internal Control System (ICS) checks and support our Customer Service team with financial case management.

**Your Profile: What We’re Looking For**

**Must-Have Skills**
- Experience in a controlling role or finance department.
- Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel).
- Familiarity with SAP or AFAS (a plus).
- Knowledge of **FR-GAAP** and **IFRS**.
- Fluent in **French** (native/excellent) and **English** (advanced).
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Economics.
