Pharmaceutical Production Manager
Responsabilités et missions:
- Coordonner le programme quotidien des opérations pharmaceutiques sur les
différents sites.
- Coordonner l’activité avec les autres responsables d’activité.
- Appliquer la stratégie définie par la direction des activités pharmaceutiques et
générales.
- Assurer que les produits sont fabriqués et stockés en conformité avec les BPF, le CSP
et les procédures / instructions correspondantes.
- Résoudre les problèmes courants.
- Valider les instructions concernant les opérations de fabrication et vérifier leur stricte
exécution.
- Assurer que les dossiers de lot ont été évalués et signés par une personne autorisée.
- S’assurer de l'entretien de son service, de ses locaux et de ses équipements.
- Coordonner le planning de qualification avec le service technique.
- S’assurer que les validations nécessaires ont bien été effectuées.
- S’assurer que la formation initiale et continue requise pour le personnel de son
service est assurée et adaptée aux besoins.
- Être le référent opérationnel pour les flux qualité (CAPA, déviation, demande de
changement).
- Être l’interlocuteur privilégié pour les audits interne et externes.
- Manager les équipes impliquées dans les opérations pharmaceutiques.
- Mettre en place et suivre les indicateurs qualité et d’activité en lien avec les
opérations pharmaceutiques.
Activités principales:
- Préparer, vérifier et approuver les dossiers de lot.
- Rédiger, modifier et approuver les procédures et instructions en lien avec l’activité
du service.
- Revoir et/ou approuver les dossiers des équipements et des utilités du service
(logbook, dossier de qualification le cas échéant).
- Revoir et apporter un avis technique lors de la rédaction des contrats qualités avec
les sous-traitants du service.
- Être responsable de la gestion des prestataires en lien avec l’activité de production
(ménage des locaux, contrôle des nuisibles, etc.).
- Revoir et approuver les dossiers de formation du personnel.
- Réaliser les formations aux postes de travail du personnel du service.
- Réaliser le suivi des approvisionnements en matière nécessaire à l’activité du service.
- Mettre à jour les tableaux de suivi et autres indicateurs.
- Faire remonter à la direction les besoins.
- Gérer les ressources humaines de l’équipe (recrutement, évaluation, formation,
promotion, cohésion, etc.) encadrée et suivre l'adéquation des moyens / ressources
(composants, humains...) vis-à-vis besoins de production.
- Intervenir en cas de difficulté technique, apporter les ajustements nécessaires en
concertation avec le service qualité et la direction.
- Proposer des améliorations sur les méthodes de travail
