**In this context, we are looking for a Financial Controller for our new division: Digital Transformation in Paris Bercy**
We are a key player in our ongoing strategic transformation into a “Digital Enterprise”. The digital Transformation also plays a major role in guaranteeing the service and support that ensures our business succeeds in our fast-moving world. The Digital Transformation organisation is a fast-growing team in charge of providing AI and advanced data solutions for manufacturing excellence and efficiency as well as for smart product development for the automotive industry.
**Job title : Financial Controller for our Digital Transformation Division in Paris Bercy**
Attached to the Finance/Strategy/Communication Director, the Financial Controller is in charge of financial issues, including budgeting, month-end reporting, internal controls and year-end audits. He/She ensures that the corporate assets are protected by maintaining internal control environment. He/She assists management to make profitable business decisions.
The main duties/activities are to:
- Contribute to the elaboration of Mid Term Plan, budget and forecasts for one or several entities
- Manage data consolidation and reporting ensuring reliability, consistency and transparency
- Contribute to the analysis of the variances and propose appropriate corrective actions
- Participate in the profitability and cash improvement actions
- Develop, execute and control internal procedures including spending authorizations in respect of Corporate policies
- Contribute to Business plans elaboration and financial justifications for new business acquisition
- Review financial impact of current and future operations
- Creates a set of requirements, which can include methodologies, rules, templates, etc., to handle a project
- Monitor expenditures per project and create detailed reports for upper management
- Keep track of a project’s progress and ensure its completion before the deadline
- Contribute to the staffing optimization
Qualifications:
- Business School with a Finance degree or Masters degree in Finance
- 2 to 5 years of professional experience
- Good accounting knowledge
- Plant controlling experience is a plus
- Computer literate and good knowledge of IT systems especially SAP
- Strong teamwork sense
- Strong communication skills
- Critical thinking
- Minimum bi-lingual (English required)
